淳化泥河沟流域产业结构调整和结构负熵计算

摘　　要：在分析淳化县泥河沟流域农村产业结构的不同层次、调查该流域产业结构的历年演变趋势 ,考虑该流域资源的整体优势和部门潜力的基础上 ,参考淳化县社会经济发展综合规划 ,提出了泥河沟流域产业结构调整思路 ,运用灰色线性规划模型优化了泥河沟流域产业结构 ,列述了调整方案要点 ,并通过结构调整前后系统总负熵的计算 ,系统趋向有序。根据耗散结构理论 ,从系统总负熵的降低 ,说明系统的有序度提高了 2 6 % 。Consulting the overall plan of social and economical development in Chunhua county,the idea of adjustment of the production structure in Nihe gully watershed was proposed based on the analysis of different arrangements of the production structure,investigation of the developmental tendency of the production structure in recent years,and consideration of the comprehensive predominance of the regional resources and sectional potentials.The production structure in Nihe gully was optimized by the gray linear programming model.The key points of the adjustment plan were given.After calculating the general negentropies of the system before and after the adjustment,it was found that the system was tend to be an ordered one.The degree of order of the system was increased by 26% according to dissipation theory and the decrease of general negentropy of the system,indication the rationality of the adjustment plan.
