摘  要:分别用拉瓦尔喷嘴和直喷嘴,采用等离子喷涂方法制备NiCrAlY涂层,并测试了不同喷嘴所制备的涂层的性能及组织的差异.试验结果表明:所制备的NiCrAlY涂层均具有明显的层状组织,涂层颗粒界线明显;直喷嘴制备的NiCrAlY涂层中有明显的未熔颗粒;拉瓦尔喷嘴制备的涂层与直喷嘴的相比,涂层显微硬度和结合强度更高.NiCrAlY coatings were sprayed by APS with Laval nozzle and straight nozzle.The microstructure and properties of the coatings were characterized.The results indicated that the NiCrAlY coatings presented lamellar structures and apparent boundaries between splats.Some unmelted particles were included in the coating sprayed with the straight nozzle.The coating sprayed with Laval nozzle showed higher microhardness and bond strength than the coating sprayed with straight nozzle.
