摘　　要：本文针对某批调质45钢制的主轴存在局部难以机加工的问题,进行了成分、金相组织、扫描电镜和能谱等方面的检验和分析。结果表明,该批调质45钢的组织不均匀,存在网状铁素体,局部存在金属或非金属夹杂,因而造成钢中局部硬度偏高。This paper dealts with the problem on local difficult processing of some quenched and tempered 45 steel spindles.Through testing and analysis of chemical composition,microstructure,scanning electron microscopy and electronic spectroscopy etc,it is found that the microstructure of the 45 steel spindles is uneven and there is ferrite network and some metallic or non-metallic inclusions,so as to form some high hardness areas in the 45 steel spindles.
