优化工艺过程控制提高VD炉离站温度合格率

摘　　要：对影响炼钢厂VD炉离站温度合格率的各种因素进行了分析,结合湘钢炼钢厂的实际情况,通过采取稳定转炉出钢温度、调整CAS站吹氩模式、稳定生产周期、优化LF炉的操作、改善钢包的保温效果等措施,VD炉的离站温度合格率由86.7%提高到98.5%以上。It is analyzed the various factors to affect the outgoing temperature of VD furnace.Based on the actual condition of Steelworks of Xiang Steel,the following measures are adopted： stabilizing tapping temperature of converter,adjusting argon-blowing mode of CAS station,stabilizing production period,optimizing operation of LF furnace,improving holding-temperature effect and etc.The qualified ratio of outgoing temperature of VD furnace increases from 86.7 to over 98.5 percent.
