摘　　要：目的评价复方地蒽酚软膏治疗寻常型银屑病的有效性和安全性。方法采用随机双盲自身对照试验,将患者皮损部位划分为两区,分别涂受试药复方地蒽酚软膏和对照药地蒽酚软膏治疗。涂药量约为0.01 g/cm2,每日涂药2次,疗程均为21 d。结果复方地蒽酚软膏临床治疗寻常型银屑病有效率为95%。不良反应主要表现为局部的刺激症状。结论该制剂治疗寻常型银屑病,疗效确切,耐受性较好,且不良反应低于对照组。Objective Evaluation of the efficacy and safety of compound anthralin ointment treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods Double-blind trials with a randomized self-control were carried out.Patients with skin lesions were divided into two groups.One group was coated with the investigational drug and another group was coated routine drug treatment.Applicator was about 0.01g/cm2 and 2 times a day.The therapy course was 21 days.Results Compound anthranol ointment in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris had an efficiency of 95%.Adverse reactions mainly local irritation.Conclusion It is effective,well tolerated using the compound anthralin ointment treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,and adverse reaction is lower than the control.
