摘　　要：对采自重庆武陵山区的野生羊肚菌分离、纯化后得到菌丝样品,通过对菌丝形态和微观进行观察,初步判定为羊肚菌科的1个种,进一步的ITS序列分析结果表明,菌丝样品进行PCR扩增所得rDNA-ITS区段大小约为1200 bp,经过BLAST比对,该菌丝样品与Morchella crassipes具有100%的相似性,为粗腿羊肚菌。A study has been made on the mycelial samples collected from Wuling Mountain in Chongqing.Based on observation by the morphological and microscopic,the preliminary result shows that can be considered as Morchellaceae.With further analysis and study on the basis of ITS sequencing,the results show that the rDNA-ITS size of mycelial samples from PCR amplification is 1 200 bp.With the comparison of BLAST,the mycelial samples are 100% similar to Morchella crassipes.Thus the Morchella were classified as Morchella crassipes（Vent.） Pers.
