摘  要:研究了氮肥和钾肥运筹对大麦籽粒品质的影响。结果表明 ,后期施用氮肥显著提高大麦籽粒 β 葡聚糖含量 ,而钾肥运筹对大麦籽粒 β 葡聚糖含量的影响不大 ;粒重随穗期氮肥用量比例减少而增加 ,钾肥运筹对粒重的影响因氮肥的用量和比例而异 ;籽粒蛋白质含量随氮肥用量和后期比例的增加而提高 ;β 葡聚糖含量与蛋白质呈显著正相关 。The effect of different N applied rates and timing and K applied timing on barley grain quality was studied.It was shown that the β glucan content was significantly increased with applied nitrogen in late growth stage,and was little response to K fertilizer.Grain weight was increased with the reduced ratio of N application in late growth stage,and its response to K fertilizer application depended on amount and timing of N fertilizer application.With the higher N applied rate at late growth stage,protein content of barley grain increased.There were significantly positive and highly significantly negative relations between β glucan content and protein content,and between β glucan content and grain weight,respectively.
