摘　　要：学报女性编辑因所从事职业的特性,加之扮演的双重角色特色,使其在面对工作、学习及学术理论研究上陷入一定的困境。学术理论研究上的薄弱及工作、学习上的困境,影响她们的情绪,甚至身心健康。依据女性编辑工作与现实生活的实际现状,把握好专业学习与学术理论研究的关系并进行合理的安排,个性化地对待学术理论研究,能化解困境,轻松工作、顺利研究。Due to the characteristics of the occupation and the dual role,the female editors become involved into dilemma in work,professional learning and academic research.The weakness in academic research and the difficulty in work and study influence their emotion,even their physical and mental health.Based on the actual status of female editors,properly dealing with the relationship between professional learning and academic research,as well as individual academic research,can help them resolve the dilemma,work readily and make a successful research.
