摘　　要：目的了解蚌埠市生产性化学毒物企业职业卫生现状,探讨职业病防治的有效措施。方法采用统一调查表对蚌埠市生产、使用、储存有毒化学品的61家企业和56家不存在生产性化学毒物企业进行调查,结合蚌埠市2003～2010年企业职业有害因素现场监测和职业性健康体检资料,对职业危害因素、职业性健康损害发生情况和职业卫生管理现状进行描述性分析。结果蚌埠市多数企业存在一定程度的职业病危害,职工接害率为67.4%,蚌埠市企业危害因素检测率为24.8%4,2.7%的企业为在岗职工开展了职业健康监护,防护设施和防护用品配置率低,职业卫生管理状况不容乐观。生产中存在化学毒物企业相关职业卫生管理好于不存在化学毒物企业,两者差异具有统计学意义。结论应加强职业卫生监督力度,规范职业性健康监护,企业应加大职业病防治投入,保护职工健康。Objective To understand the occupational health status in some enterprises which had productive chemical poisons in Bengbu city and explore the effective measures for the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases.Method s： By using a unified questionnaire,61 enterprises in which toxic chemicals were produced,used and saved and another 56 ones without productive chemical poisons were investigated.Combined with the data of the field monitoring of harmful factors and occupational health examination of Bengbu city from 2003 to 2010,occupational hazard factors,the occurrence of occupational adverse effect and the current status of occupational health management were analyzed by descriptive analysis method.Results To some degree,occupational hazards existed in most of the enterprises of Bengbu city,the exposure rate of staff was 67.4%,and the detection rate of harmful factors in the enterprises of Bengbu city was 24.8%.Occupational health surveillance was carried out in 42.7% of the enterprises,the equipping rate of safeguards and protective products were low,the status of occupational health management was not so perfect as it were.The status of occupational health management was better in enterprises which had productive chemical poisons than in enterprises without productive chemical poisons,statistical significant difference was found.Conclusion Supervision of occupational health should be intensified.Occupational health surveillance should be normalized.Moreover,the enterprises should increase the investment of occupational disease prevention,protect the staff＇ health.
