摘　　要：目的:探讨VSD引流术治疗Ⅳ期压疮过程中的护理与配合。方法:对26例VSD引流术治疗Ⅳ期压疮患者的病情观察、护理配合、健康指导进行总结。结果:通过治疗和护理,26例压疮患者中有25例好转出院,1例因多器官功能衰竭自动出院。结论:VSD引流术治疗Ⅳ期压疮与传统的创面换药和单纯手术清创术相比,时间短、创面愈合快、疗效明显,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To investigate the nursing and cooperation in the treatment of stage ⅳ bedsore with VSD drainage.Methods： To summarize the observation,nursing and health guidance of 26 patients with stage Ⅳ bedsore during the treatment of VSD.Results：Through the treatment and care,in 26 cases of bedsore patients,25 have been discharged,1 automatic discharge due to multiple organs failure.Conclusions：Compared to traditional wound dressing and simple surgical debridement,the advantages of VSD in the treatment of stage Ⅳ bedsore are that time is shorter,wound healing is faster and curative effect is more obvious.The method is worthy of spreading to application.
