摘 要:目的:探讨序贯式健康教育在行关节镜下双束双隧道重建前交叉韧带术患者中的应用效果。方法:将46例行关节镜下双束双隧道重建前交叉韧带术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各23例。对照组采用传统的入院、术前、术后、出院前阶段教育方法;观察组对患者从入院到出院采取序贯式健康教育,即根据疾病的特点制定序贯式健康教育表,按照统一标准实施健康教育。比较两组患者健康教育知晓情况及对护士工作满意情况比较。结果:两组患者对疾病治疗、护理、康复知识的知晓率及对护士工作的满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对行关节镜下双束双隧道重建前交叉韧带术患者采用序贯式健康教育可提高相关知识的知晓率,增强患者的遵医行为,强化康复能力和自查能力,进而提高了治疗效果及对护士工作的满意度。Objective:To investigate the applications and effect of sequential health education in patients with arthroscopic double-bundle and double-tunnel anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.Methods: Forty-six patients who were treated by arthroscopic double-bundle and double-tunnel anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction were divided into two groups,as control group(n=23) and observation group(n=23).Patients in control group were educated with traditional staged education process when they were admitted,preoperative,post-operative and prior to discharge.Sequential health education was undertaken in observe group in which patients were educated according to same standard from admission to discharge.Results: Awareness of treatments of disease,nursing and rehabilitation knowledge as well as satisfaction of nurses were different in two groups(P〈0.05).Conclusions: Sequential health education can improve the effectiveness of health-education in patients with arthroscopic double-bundle and double-tunnel anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.Those patients follow medical order better,and know how to check themselves,thus enhance their rehabilitation ability and improve therapeutic efficacy as well as gratification of nurses.
