摘　　要：目的探讨诱导痰中转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)含量及其作为矽肺早期生物标志物的意义和接尘量对其的影响。方法 160名金矿工人,分为病例组80名(Ⅰ和Ⅱ期矽肺各40例)和对照组80名(接尘但未患矽肺),对照组按接尘量不同又分为4个亚组。,根据安全环境保护部的资料计算出每人的累积总粉尘接触量(CTE)并应用痰液诱导技术取患者的诱导痰并应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法测定TGF-β含量。结果病例组TGF-β含量显著高于对照组(t=9.885,P<0.01),病例组中Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期矽肺患者及对照组中按接尘量分组的CTE含量均有统计学意义(F=13.81,P<0.01)。随CTE增加,TGF-β含量随之增加,差异有统计学意义(F=76.0,P<0.01)。结论矽尘所致的纤维化早期TGF-β含量变化规律明显,在纤维化进程中,接尘量对TGF-β含量变化也有显著性影响。[Objective]To determine the level of TGF-β in induced sputum and significance of the TGF-βas the early biomarkers of silicosis and the effect from cumulative total dust exposure（CTE）.[Methods]A total of 160 workers from gold mine were divided into case group（80 cases with 40 of silicosis stage I and 40 of stage II） and control group（80 cases with dust exposure and no silicosis）,then the control group was divided into 4 subgroups according to the CTE.Each subject＇s CTE was calculated based on the data from department of central security and ELISA was used to determine the level of TGF-βin induced sputum from subjects.[Results]The level of TGF-βof case group was significant higher than that of control group（t=9.885,P0.01）,within the case group and control group,the level of TGF-βbetween subgroups was significant（F=13.81,P0.01）.The TGF-β content increased along with the increase of CTE,the difference was significant（F=76.0,P0.01）.[Conclusion]The changes of TGF-β is significant in early silica induced fibrosis.During the development of fibrosis,the level change of TGF-β is effected significantly by CTE.
