摘　　要：目的探讨降低老年精神科住院患者跌倒发生率的方法。方法运用跌倒风险评估量表进行评估,根据评分确定风险的轻度、中度及重度,筛查出高危人群,然后实施相应的护理措施。结果对研究组患者进行跌倒风险评估并实施相应的护理措施后,其跌倒的发生率为0.79%,与对照组跌倒的发生率7.69%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年精神科患者进行跌倒风险评估,并实施相应的护理措施,能有效降低住院患者跌倒的发生率。[Objective]To study the method for reducing the incidence of fall in inpatients in senile psychiatric department.[Methods]The fall risk assessment scale was applied to assess the risk,and the mild,moderate and severe risks were determined by scores.The high-risk population was screened,and relevant nursing measures were carried out.[Results]After the study group was given fall risk assessment and treated with relevant nursing measures,the incidence of fall of the study group was 0.79%,which was lower than that of the control group（7.69%） significantly（P0.05）.[Conclusion]The fall risk assessment and relevant nursing measures can effectively reduce the incidence of fall in inpatients in senile psychiatric department.
