某大学成人教育男生心理健康现状与对策

摘　　要：目的了解成人教育(成教)脱产学生的心理健康状况,为学校开展健康教育提供参考。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和自编量表,抽取了某大学成教脱产男生,测试了216个有效样本。结果 31.5%的成教脱产男生心理症状存在中度以上问题;成教脱产男生SCL-90各项因子得分均高于全国青年常模、国内常模,也高于本校大学男生,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论成教脱产男生心理健康问题较重,应引起足够的重视,加强心理辅导和干预势在必行。[Objective]To understand the mental health status of full-time students of adult education institute,and provide evidence for carrying out health education.[Methods]SCL-90 and self-designed scale were adopted to investigate 216 full-time male students from adult education institute of a college.[Results]Moderate psychological symptoms existed in 31.5% of full-time male students from adult education institute.Their SCL-90 factor scores were higher than that of the national youth norm,the national norm and male students of this college,the differences were significant（P0.01）.[Conclusion]The mental health problem is serious among male students from adult education institute which should attract enough attention.Therefore,the strengthening of psychological counseling and intervention is imperative.
