摘  要:目的观察妊娠期妇女血脂水平对新生儿体重、身长和头围的影响,探讨孕妇高血脂与巨大儿出生率的关系。方法检测2010年1~10月来院就诊的508例汕头市孕妇血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)含量,将孕妇分为正常血脂组和高血脂组(TC>6.50 mmol/L,TG>2.30 mmol/L),并跟踪调查至孕妇分娩,测量记录新生儿体重、身长和头围数据。结果高血脂组新生儿出生体重明显高于正常血脂组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高血脂组孕妇巨大儿出生率明显高于正常血脂组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组间身长和头围比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论重视孕妇血脂变化的监测,降低非糖尿病性巨大儿的出生率,对围产期保健、优生优育以及预防儿童远期代谢综合征具有重要意义。Objective To observe the influence of blood lipid level in pregnant women on newborn body weight, body length and head circumference,and explore the relation between high plasma lipid and macrosomia birth rate. Methods Detected the serum triglyceride (TG) and total cholesterol (TC) of 508 hospital pregnant women from January to October of 2010 in Shantou. Pregnant women were divided into normal blood lipid group and high blood lipid group (TC〉6.50 mmol/L, TG〉2.30 mmol/L). And follow-up survey continued untill pregnant women at delivery,measured and recorded neonatal weight, body length and head circumference. Results The neonatal birth weight of high blood lipid group was significantly higher than that of normal blood lipid group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); The maerosomia birth rate of high blood lipid group was significantly higher than that of normal blood lipid group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). However, the body length and head circumference between the two groups had no significant difference (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Attaching importance to monitoring the change of maternal blood lipid, reducing non-diabetic macrosomia birth rate,it is significant for perinatal health, eugenics and best nurture, and the prevention of long-term metabolic syndrome in children.
