硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗充血性心力衰竭疗效观察

摘　　要：目的对34例充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者静脉泵入硝普钠和多巴胺,观察硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗心力衰竭的效果。方法 68例CHF患者随机分为治疗组和对照组均34例,对照组仅给常规纠正心力衰竭药物治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用硝普钠50 mg溶于5%葡萄糖50 mL中,避光,以1 mL/h速度,不超3.5 mL/h,6～8 h更换。多巴胺120mg溶于5%葡萄糖50 mL中,以1.5 mL/h速度,均微泵注入,不超过8 mL/h,24 h更换,3～7 d为一疗程。结果两组治疗前后LVEF比较,差异具有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗能减轻心脏负荷,对心率、肝、肾无副作用,是治疗心力衰竭安全有效的药物。Objective To observe the effects of sodium nitroprusside and dopamine in the treatment of heart failure. Methods All of 68 cases were randomly divided into treatment and control groups respectively 34 cases,control groups were only general corrective heart failure drug therapy, treatment groups combined with sodium nitroprusside on this basis 50 mg 5% glucose dissolved in 50 mL,light, 1 mL/h speed,not more 3.5 mL/h,6～8 h replaced. Dopamine 120 mg glucose dissolved in 5% 50 mL, 1.5 mL/h speed,micro-pump implantation,not exceeding 8 mL/h,24 h replacement,3~7 d for a course. Results LVEF had statistical significance before and after treatment between two groups. Conclusion Sodium ni- troprusside and dopamine in the treatment HR can reduce cardiac load, no side effects on the heart, liver and kidney, is safe and effective drugs in the treatment of heart failure.
