摘 要:目的应用螺旋CT结合efilm软件对下颌骨种植区骨密度进行测量并分类,为下颌骨种植手术提供术前评估。方法通过对30例下颌骨CT进行三维重建,测量种植区HU值,并根据Lekholm与Zarb分类法对骨质进行分类。结果下颌前牙区a、b、c区分别为(684.51±309.73)HU、(673.97±458.68)HU、(778.94±289.42)HU;下颌后牙区A、B、C、D、E区分别为(429.59±317.29)HU、(329.12±236.90)HU、(352.48±232.95)HU、(363.52±228.06)HU、(449.55±274.06)HU。结论下颌前牙区的骨密度大于下颌后牙区,下颌前牙区以Ⅱ/Ⅲ类骨为主,下颌后牙区以Ⅳ类骨为主。应用螺旋CT结合专业软件指导种植牙术前设计,有利于提高手术成功率。Objective To assess the bone density of dental implant sites using SCT and the efilm software, and classify them in the preoperative planning of dental implants. Methods Alveolar bone of 30 cases were scanned and three dimensional reconstructed with spiral CT, and the results were recorded using Hounsfield units (HU) and classified by Lekholm and Zarb grouping. Results The site a,b ,c of the anterior mandible mean bone density was (684.51±309.73)HU, (673.97±458.68)HU, (778.94±289A2)HU respectively. The site A,B ,C ,D ,E of the posterior mandible mean bone density was (429.59±317.29)HU, (329.12±236.90)HU, (352.48±232.95)HU, (363.52±228.06)HU, (449.55±274.06)HU respectively. Conclusion The mean bone density of the anterior mandible is bigger than that of the posterior mandible. There is class Ⅱ/Ⅲ bone in the anterior mandible, and class IV bone in the posterior mandible. Using spiral CT and software is a useful tool for preop: erative design, which can improve the suecess rate of the implant.
