摘　　要：目的提高非糖尿病病区护士使用胰岛素笔注射胰岛素的规范率,保证患者得到有效的治疗。方法笔者对所在疼痛科病区护士为32例疼痛合并糖尿病患者使用胰岛素笔注射胰岛素的情况进行随机调查分析,找出影响其规范使用的因素,提出护理对策。结果通过对疼痛科护士使用胰岛素笔注射胰岛素影响因素的整改,使规范使用率由59.99%提高到94.84%。结论应加强对护士非专科内容的教育、学习、考核及管理,优化非本专科业务内容更新获取的渠道,提高非糖尿病病区护士使用胰岛素笔注射胰岛素的规范率。Objective To improve the non diabetic nurse insulin pen use standard rate, ensure patients receive effective treatment. Methods The author on the pain clinic nurse for 32 cases of pain in patients with diabetes mellitus insulin pen use cases were investigated to find out the rules, use factor, put forward the nursing countermeasure. Results Through the pain of nurses using insulin pen factors influencing the rectification, to regulate the use of from 59.99% to 94.84%. Conclusion We should strengthen the training of nurses the education content, learning, assessment and management, optimization of the specialized business content update acquisition channels, improving diabetes nurse insulin pen use standard rate.
