摘　　要：在政治、经济、文化、科技等领域多元化的发展中,能源技术领域无疑起着举足轻重的作用。石油行业迫切需要具有专业素养又具有语言优势的国际化外语人才,外语人才的需求已呈多元化趋势,过去那种单一外语专业和基础技能型的人才已不能适应市场经济需要。基于石油行业对外语人才的需求,根据培养目标,培养规格,制定培养方案,采用"俄语+英语+专业"的模式,语言是培养模式的核心,即"2+1"外语人才培养模式。As the developing of politics, economy and cultures, etc., energy technology holds important place. It is necessary to cultivate and train talents not only in grasping professional skills but also in foreign languages in the petroleum industry. The used ways are no longer suit for the new market. On base of the requirements of the petroleum industry, we design a model, ＂2＋1＂models for talents cultivation, that is, ＂Russian ＋English ＋specialty＂ model according to cultivating target, standard, process and evaluation.
