摘　　要：简述国内生产胶管的现状和胶管生产线的工艺过程，详细介绍了控制系统的功能和实现方法，ＰＩＤ运算的数学模型和程序框图。The current status of colloidal tube production in China and the technique process of the tube production are described in brief. The functions and the implementation of the control system, the mathematical model of the PID opera tion and the block diagram of program are introduced in de tail.
