医用吸氧记时监护仪在缺氧患者治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的评价YM医用吸氧记时监护仪对缺氧患者实施给氧并进行氧疗监护的有效性和安全性。方法将因缺氧需进行给氧治疗的40例患者使用YM医用吸氧记时监护仪进行治疗,同时进行试验仪器和对照仪器监护,实验组使用YM医用吸氧记时监护仪,对照组使用飞利浦心电监护仪MP5型血氧检测仪。结果实验组给氧记时及累计记时正确率为100%;血氧饱和度及脉率显示值与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 YM医用吸氧记时监护仪对缺氧患者实施给氧并实时进行氧疗监护安全、有效,适合临床使用。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of YM medical oxygen timing monitor in oxygen treatment and monitoring of anoxygenous patients. Methods 40 anoxygenous patients needing oxygen treatment were randomly divided in- to two groups ,40 cases in each group. The YM medical oxygen timing monitor was used in the experiment group ,while the Philip MP5 ECG monitoring instrument was used in the control group. Results The accuracy rate of the experiment group in timing of oxygen treatment and the cumulative time was 100%. The displayed values of SpO2 and pulse rates in the experiment group showed no statistical difference compared with the control group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The YM medical oxygen timing monitor is safe and effective in the oxygen treatment and monitoring of the anoxygenous patients, and is suitable for clinical use.
