摘　　要：中国石油天然气股份有限公司塔里木油田石化分公司45万t/a合成氨装置的工艺空气压缩机采用德国Atlas Copco公司的多轴离心式压缩机。简述了该压缩机的工艺流程和控制原理;分析了该压缩机运行时放空阀突然打开并导致二段炉断空气的事故原因;提出了调整操作指标和改进操作方法的防范措施。结果表明,当合成氨装置的负荷由100%减至70%时,严格执行新的操作规定,未发生压缩机放空阀打开的事故。Multi-shaft centrifugal compressor made by Germany Atlas Copso Company has been used as process air compressor in ammonia synthesis plant with a capacity of 450,000 t/a in Talimu Oil Field Petro-chemical Sub-company, China Petroleum and Natural Gas Stock Company Ltd. , author has briefly described the process flow, and control principle for this compressor; has analyzed the reason of accident that the blow off valve was suddenly opened during running of this compressor and therefore induced to cut off the air flow of the secondary reformer; has presented the preventive measures to adjust operating index and to improve operating method. Result indicates while the load of ammonia synthesis plant is reduced from 100% to 70 % , if the operating stipulation is strictly obeyed, no accident occurs due to opening the blow off vale of this compressor.
