摘　　要：中国石油天然气股份有限公司塔里木石化分公司45万t/a合成氨装置空气压缩机的驱动设备为中压注汽凝汽式透平。介绍了空压机透平的结构和特点;分析了试车过程中出现的透平及齿轮箱振动较大、透平转速波动、表冷器真空度过低以及盘车器故障等问题的原因,并提出了相应的解决措施。试车结果表明,上述问题均得以解决,透平最大振幅仅为17μm,轴承最高温度为69℃,透平运行良好。The driving equipment for air compressor in the ammonia synthesis plant with a capacity of 450,000 t/a in China Petroleum ＆ Natural Gas Stock Company Ltd. , Talimu Petrochemical Sub-Company is the middle pressure injection steam turbine with condensation type. Author has introduced the structure and the characteristic of the turbine of the air compressor; has analyzed the reason of the those problems existed in the commission process like as stronger vibration of turbine and its gear box, rotation speed fluctuation, too low vacuum of the surface condenser and fault of the turning gear and so on, and has presented the appropriate solution measures. Commissioning result indicates that the above-mentioned problems have been solved, the max- imum vibration range is only 17 micrometer, the maximum temperature of the bearing is 69 ~C, and the turbine is operating in good condition.
