摘　　要：目的探讨专业兴趣与就业前景对护理本科生身心健康的影响。方法随机抽取167名2010级护理本科生,采用SCL-90症状自评量表进行心理健康状况评估。结果对本专业缺乏兴趣的学生强迫症状和精神病性2个因子的得分显著高于喜爱本专业的学生;就业前景不乐观学生的躯体化、强迫症状和精神病性3个因子得分显著高于就业前景乐观学生。结论专业兴趣与就业前景影响本校护理本科生的心理健康,应有针对性地对他们开展心理健康教育。Objective To investigate the effect of professional interests and employment prospects on psychological health status of nursing undergraduates. Methods A total of 167 nursing undergraduates in the grade 2010 were randomly in- vestigated with Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90） and their psychological health status were analyzed. Results The scores of ob- session and psycboticism in the loving nursing profession group were significantly higher than that in the non-loving nursing pro- fession group in nursing undergraduates in the grade 2010. The scores of somatization, obsession and psychoticism were signifi- cantly higher in optimistic outlook group than that in pessimistic outlook group in nursing undergraduates in the grade 2010. Con- clusion The professional interests and employment prospects are the main factors influencing the psychological health status of nursing undergraduates in our college. The psychological health education on them should be pertinently carried out.
