摘　　要：在常温条件下对自制中碳柔性石墨与石棉橡胶板等常见密封垫片进行了泄漏率测试和比较,通过SEM扫描。The device to detect the leakage of gaskets is designed and made.The rate of leakage between mid content flexible made by ourselves and asbestos gasket are tested and compared at room temperature,and the leaking mechanism of different sealed gaskets through SEM are analyzed.
