摘　　要：研究者所开发的环流式旋风除尘器 ,其结构为同轴双套筒形式 ,含尘气体从内筒下部进入 ,基本上由顶部直接排出 ,克服了一般旋风除尘器流动线路长的缺陷 ,实验研究及工业放大均表明 :与同尺寸标准型旋风除尘器相比较 ,环流式旋风除尘器具有能耗低、分离效率高、操作弹性大等优点。A new type double cylinder cyclone is developed for improving normal type cyclong disadvantages of high pressure drop and low efficiency,longer flowing path,larger velocity gradient and easily shortcut.The pressure drop and separation efficiency of double cylinder cyclone and B type high effective are measured.The result show that the experimental value of effciency agree with calculation value,the industrial scale up for double cylinder cyclone is carried out.It is shown that the double cylinder cyclone have still the advantages of lower energy cost and higher separation efficiency separation.
