摘　　要：根据过滤理论 ,对提高过滤速率 ,降低产品水分的三种技术途径进行了比较 ;重点论述了热压过滤的机理、效果 ;介绍了热压过滤工业应用装置的结构和系统构成 ,认为热压过滤是目前降低细料矿物产品水分最有效的技术途径 ;该热压过滤装置是实用性强 ,投资省的设施 ,适用于有关现场解决细粒矿物脱水的难题。Have compared among three kind of technical ways about increasing the rate of filter and decreasing moisture of product according to filter theories in this paper;focus on dissertatng the mechanisms of the heat press filter and its effects;introduced the constructions and the system compositions of applying apparatuses in the heat press filter industry,and regarded the heat press filter as the most efficient technical way presently to decrease the moisture of the grain mineral products;the heat press filter apparatus is a installation that is not only good in practicality but also saving in invest,and is applied to the problems with the prain mineral dehydration.
