摘　　要：目的研究Vita比色板的色度学特征,为临床Vita比色板的正确使用提供参考。方法数码照相计算机色度分析系统测定Vita比色板色片的色度,分析并比较Vita比色板各色片色度值差异情况。结果 Vita比色板各色片色度值差异较大,相邻两色片间最大色差值(ΔE*ab)是4.4729,最小色差值(ΔE*ab)是0.6271。结论 Vita比色板可以为临床比色、配色提供参考,但准确性较差。Objective To study the color of Vita shade guide for its correct clinical use.Methods Color analysis system of digital camera and computer was used to measure the color of Vita shade guide.The color difference among every Vita shade was studied.Results The color difference among every Vita shade was larger.The maximal color difference（ΔE＊ab） between two consecutive Vita shade is 4.4729,and the minimum is 0.6271.Conclusions Vita shade guide can make a reference for color comparison and shade matching in clinics,but it is of inferior accuracy.
