摘　　要：斑鳍方头鱼侧筛骨发达,向后延伸可达额骨中部.缺眶上骨,泪骨特大,有眶下骨架,3、4眶下骨极小.犁骨无齿,前上颌骨、齿骨有钩状小齿,其大小各异,分布不均匀.具主后颞骨,上匙骨2块.The present paper deals with the morphology of the skeleton system of Branchiostegus auratus. Without supraorbital bone, there are 4 suborbital bones, the Lacrymal is very large, the 3rd _ 4th suborbital bones are very small, with suborbital shelf. The lateral ethmoid is well-developed, without teeth in Vomer. There are many teeth in Premaxilla, Dentary, 2nd-4th Pharyngobranchial and pharyngeal bones, with supaposttemporal and 2 peice supracleithrums.
