摘　　要：绿色建筑经济性评价对绿色建筑的推广至关重要,而目前我国尚缺少绿色建筑的经济性评价指标及方法.根据全寿命周期理论和《绿色建筑评价标准》,尝试建立绿色建筑经济性评价指标体系,并利用AHP和灰色关联理论的数学方法,对绿色建筑不同方案的经济性进行比较.该指标体系清晰明确,比选方法简单易行,能够为绿色建筑的推广提供理论依据.Green building economic evaluation is vital for promoting the green building. However, green building economic evaluation index and methods was lacking in our country. This paper has combined the life cycle theory with the current green building evaluation standard, to try tried to establish the green building economy evaluation index system, choosing economy of different scheme by using AHP and the grey relation theory in mathematics. The index system is clear, the methods chosen is simple. This paper can provide theoretical basis for the promotion of green building.
