摘　　要：随着沿海垦区建设的深入,有关垦区资源信息的快速、及时的传递共享成为迫切需求。沿海垦区资源信息服务系统可以给使用者提供及时、准确、全面的信息,为垦区资源的合理开发利用保驾护航。从体系结构、功能模块、数据库设计等方面探讨如何在B/S三层架构下,利用JSP技术+SQL Server数据库,建立沿海垦区资源信息服务系统,实现资源数据的输入、分类、存储、实时发布和传输,从而实现资源信息的共享。With the deep development of the coastal reclamation area, the fast, timely delivery and sharing of reclamation resource information has become the urgent demand. Coastal areas resources information service system can provide timely, accurate and comprehensive information to the users, escorting for the rational development and utilization of the reclamation area resource. Explores on how to build information service system of coastal area resource based on the B/S mode, from its structure, function modules, database design and other aspects, using JSP technology and SQL Server database to fulfill resource data input, classification, storage, real-time publishing and delivery, thus achieving the information sharing of resource.
