摘　　要：三元复合驱抽油机井容易结垢,并引起卡泵事故。在室内建立抽油机井模拟试验台,在清水中加入能产生结垢的化学物质模拟井液,在不同冲程和冲次下试验,并与清水井液的试验结果比较,得知结垢会引起悬点载荷和示功图变化。研究结果为监测这2个参数,预防结垢危害奠定基础。It is easy to produce stuck pump and cause accident in ASP flooding pumping wells.The test-bed of pumping well in indoor was established,addition of chemical substances it can produce scale in water to simulate drilling fluid.Test in different stroke and the number punching,the results of clean water test,scaling rod load and changes in dynamometer were compared.Research results through the monitoring of these two parameters,the basis for the prevention of fouling hazard.
