摘 要:随着井深的增加,钻井密闭取心的难度也在增加。现有的密闭取心工具存在结构复杂、拆装困难、易憋压放炮、堵心磨心、密封效果差等问题。通过对工具结构的改进,在下活塞底部增加刮泥功能,上活塞增加泄压功能,采用耐高温、抗腐蚀的密封件,解决工具存在的问题。现场应用表明,该工具结构合理、使用安全可靠,密闭取心成功率、岩心收获率、密闭率大幅度提高,施工质量合格率达到100%。With the drilling depth increases,the difficulty of drilling coring is also increasing.The existing coring tools have problem in complex structure,disassembly difficulty,pressure-blasting,blocked core,and poor sealing effect.After development,underpiston added mud-shaving function,and resolved depressing accident by sand setting.Upperpiston added decompression function,and avoided coring data incomplete and personnel safety threaten accident by core blasting,using a high temperature,corrosion resistant seals.Tool structure is improved,and resolved complex dismounting,reduced the labor intensity,and saved the operating time.Through application on well,tool structure is reasonable,application is safe and reliable,sealed coring success rate,core cropping efficiency,and seal rate is greatly advanced,acceptable quality rate achieved 100%.
