摘  要:总结了国内外不压井修井机技术的发展历程。分析了典型液压不压井修井作业起下管柱装置的结构和工作原理、液压驱动系统的组成及主要性能特点。针对该装置控制系统存在的问题,提出了基于PLC的控制系统设计思路。Based on the development status of domestic and international snubbing units,more detailed analysis was made on the structure and working principle of a typical hydraulic snubbing unit while running and pulling tubing and the components and main performance characteristics of hydraulic drive systems.Aiming at existing problems on control system of hydraulic running and pulling tubing equipment,a thought of control system of hydraulic running and pulling tubing equipment based on PLC were proposed,which provided a theoretical help to people make a further study and research for hydraulic snubbing units with excellent performance.
