摘　　要：分析了HXJ180DB型钻修机的猫头绳导向器存在的结构问题和安全隐患。改进了该装置的滑轮结构,轮架和支座之间采用销轴连接。现场使用表明:改进后的猫头绳导向器避免了钢丝绳早期失效,安全可靠,大幅度减少了维护工作量和费用。The disadvantages of HXJ180DB cathead wire line guide and hidden dangers were analyzed.The pulley structure of the cathead wire line guide was modified.The rack and the support were pin-connected.Site application proved that the modified cathead wire line guide eliminated early-failure of the wire line and it was safe and reliable.Application of it reduced maintenance workload and cost greatly.
