摘  要:微囊藻毒素(MCs)广泛产生于水华蓝藻中.本研究从太湖水华蓝藻中提取出MCs,发现主要成分为MC-RR.经多级分离和半制备色谱提纯制备得到MC-RR纯品.用水热法合成了钨酸铋(Bi2WO6)催化剂,并对其进行了X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、比表面积(SBET)、等电点pH(pHZPC)等表征.利用不同pH条件下制备的Bi2WO6,在近紫外光照射下对MC-RR进行光催化降解,发现在酸性条件下制备的Bi2WO6有较强的降解效果.同时发现,Bi2WO6对MC-RR的降解以空穴直接氧化为主.Microcystins are produced by blue-green algae bloom extensively.In this research,MC was extracted from the blue algae bloom collected from Taihu Lake.MC-RR was the major component of MCs in the blue algae and it was extracted and purified by multiple extraction,clean-up and semi-preparative HPLC.Bismuth tungstate(Bi2WO6) was prepared by hydrothermal method and was characterized by XRD,SEM,SBET,pHZPC.MC-RR was photodegraded under near ultraviolet light by Bi2WO6 prepared at different pH.The result shows that Bi2WO6 prepared at acid condition displayed better degradation efficiency.The degradation was dominated by the photogenerated holes oxidation.
