摘　　要：目的:探讨骨化三醇对慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清脑钠肽、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及左心室质量指数(LVMI)的影响。方法:选择80例CHF患者,随机分为骨化三醇治疗组及常规治疗组各40例,同期收集80名门诊健康体检者为对照组。研究期1年,所有研究对象均在研究初始及研究结束时接受血清钙、脑钠肽、MMP-9水平及心脏超声检测,计算研究对象的LVMI,并记录两研究组患者心血管事件发生率及不良反应的发生率。结果:研究结束时,骨化三醇治疗组患者的脑钠肽、MMP-9水平明显低于常规治疗组(P<0.05),其LVMI虽低于常规治疗组,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组间的心血管事件及不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:骨化三醇可能具有降低CHF患者血清脑钠肽、MMP-9水平的作用。Objectives：To investigate the effect of calcitriol on plasma B-type natriuretic peptide（BNP）,matrix metalloproteinase-9（MMP-9）and left ventricular mass index in patients with congestive heart failure（CHF）.Methods：Eighty patients with CHF and 80 healthy examined people as normal control group were recruited to this study.Patients were randomly divided into two groups：general therapy group（n=40）and Calcitriol therapy group（n=40）.All subjects were followed up for 1 year.The levels of serum Ca2＋,BNP,MMP-9 and left ventricular mass index（LVMI） were examined in all subjects.The rates of cardiovascular events and adverse reactions in the two study groups were investigated.Results：At the end of this study,the levels of serum BNP and MMP-9 were significantly decreased in calcitriol therapy group in contrast to general therapy group（P〈0.05）.LVMI obtained from echocardiography decreased in calcitriol therapy group in contrast to general therapy group,but there no significant differences between the two study groups in LVMI,the levels of serum Ca2＋,the rates of cardiovascular events and adverse reactions,P〈0.05.Conclusion：Calcitriol might significantly decrease the levels of serum BNP and MMP-9 in patients with CHF.
