摘　　要：本文介绍了一种以 ８９Ｃ５１单片机为核心器件的多功能光栅检测装置，该检测装置采用锁相倍频式莫尔条纹细分方法完成２００细分，提高了系统的分辨率。A type of multifunctional optical grating measure unit was introduced in this paper. It used the MCS51 μP as the core IC. The Morie fringe division method of phase-Locked multi-frequency was used in this unit, which achieved 200 division and improved the resolving power.
