摘　　要：对TiN多弧离子镀层的质量和性能进行了试验与分析。结果表明,涂层择尤取向对其质量和性能有影响,具有强烈TiN(111)择优取向的涂层表面光亮、硬度高、耐磨性好。The quality and performance of TiN coatings by multi arc technique are studied. The results show that the preferential orientation in the coatings affects the coating’s quality strongly. If TiN in the coatings has strongly preferential orientation in the plane of (111), the coatings surface color is bright, the coatings quality and performance are high in adhesive strengthen, hardness and wear resistance.
