布洛芬缓释胶囊配合耳穴贴压治疗原发性痛经81例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察服用布洛芬缓释胶囊配合耳穴贴压治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法把确诊为原发性痛经患者245例,随机分为治疗组(服用布洛芬缓释胶囊配合耳穴贴压组)和对照组(单独服用布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗组),两组治疗前后分别观察疗效,70例患者未能坚持进行3个月经周期的治疗,未收录入统计数据,共收集175例痛经患者数据并予以统计分析。结果治疗组痊愈63(63/81)例,总有效率为95.06%,对照组痊愈20(20/94)例,总有效率为85.11%,两组疗效比较,治疗组有效率优于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗组痊愈率明显优于对照组(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论服用布洛芬缓释胶囊配合耳穴贴压组治疗原发性痛经疗效显著,简便经济,适宜广泛推广应用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Fenbid curing primary dysmenorrhea combined with ear-point applying and pressing.Methods Two hundred and forty-five patients were randomly allocated to a cure group（taking Fenbid combined with ear-point applying and pressing） and another control group（taking Fenbid alone）.Therapeutic effect on the two groups was observed before and after therapy individually.The data of 175 patients sufferred from dysmenorrhea were collected,and statistical analysis was conducted.The rest seventy patients didn＇t insisted on the cure of three menstrual cycles and thus were excluded from the statistical data.Results There were 63（63/81） patients who were healed in the cure group.The total efficacy rate was 95.06%.In the control group,there were twenty patients who were healed and the total efficacy rate was 85.11%.Compared the two groups,the cure group surpassed the control group according to efficacy rate（P0.05） and surpassed it obviously according to heal rate（P0.01）,which meant statistical significance.Conclusion Therapeutic effect of curing primary dysmenorrhea by taking Fenbid combined with ear-point applying and pressing was significant.This mothed was both convenient and economical,which was adapted to be applicated generally.
