摘　　要：目的:探讨刘学勤教授运用纵横二法治疗胃病的经验。方法:分析刘老几十载治疗胃病的经验,并结合典型病案进行总结。结果:刘老治疗胃病时,纵则注重调整气机的升降,用辛开苦降的自拟验方"胃平汤"治疗胃脘痞满、纳呆、恶心、呕吐、嗳气等症。横则注重协调肝胃关系,用疏肝和胃的自拟验方"疏肝和胃汤"治疗肝气横逆犯胃之胸胁苦满、胃痛、腹胀、嘈杂、泛酸等症。结论:刘老采用纵横二法治疗胃病疗效显著。Objective：To explore the experience of ZongHengErFa in the treatment of stomach disease by Professor Liu Xueqin.Methods：Analyze the decades experience by Mr.Liu in the treatment of stomach combined with the typical cases.Results：Mr.Liu pays attention to adjust air tank with WeiPingTang in the treatment of gastric cavity,anorexia,nausea,vomiting,belching and so on.While he pays attention to coordinate liver and stomach with ShuGanHeWeiTang in the treatment of liver-QI transversely invading the stomach,stomach pain,abdominal distension,noisy,pantothenic acid and so on.Conclusion：The treatment of Mr.Liu for stomach disease has evident effect.
