健脾消胀片对小鼠胃肠功能影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨健脾消胀片对小鼠胃肠功能的影响。方法:采用腹腔注射阿托品复制小鼠胃排空障碍模型和小鼠胃肠蠕动降低模型,观察健脾消胀片对胃色素排空率和血清D-木糖含量的影响。结果:小鼠胃排空障碍模型和胃肠蠕动降低模型均复制成功。健脾消胀片可显著增加胃排空障碍模型小鼠胃色素排空率;也可明显降低胃肠蠕动降低模型小鼠血清D-木糖含量。结论:健脾消胀片具有增加胃排空障碍模型小鼠胃色素排空率和降低胃肠蠕动降低模型小鼠血清D-木糖含量的作用。Objective：Explore the effect of Jianpi Xiaozhang tablets in the treatment of gastrointestinal function of mice.Methods：Made the delayed gastric emptying and low gastrointestinal motility model by intraperitoneal injection of atropine.Observe the impact of Jianpi Xiaozhang tablets on pigment emptying rate and serum D-xylose content.Results：Both the delayed gastric emptying and low gastrointestinal motility model copy are successful.Jian pi xiao zhang tablets can significantly increase the delayed gastric emptying rate and reduce the serum D-xylose content.Conclusion：Jian pi xiao zhang tablets can effectively increase the delayed gastric emptying rate and reduce the serum D-xylose content.
