摘　　要：目的:探讨活血化瘀法、清热解毒法对脑缺血的防治特点。方法:总结活血化瘀法、清热解毒法防治脑缺血在中医药和现代医学中的意义,活血化瘀法、清热解毒法防治脑缺血的应用特点,分析其应用价值,提出活血化瘀兼清热解毒中药防治脑缺血新的观点。结果:活血化瘀法、清热解毒法防治脑缺血符合中医病因病机及现代医学药理研究,在临床应用中疗效确切,具有重要价值。结论:活血化瘀法、清热解毒法防治脑缺血价值重大。Objective：To explore the prevention and treatment characteristic of activating blood to remove stasis,clearing heat and detoxicating on cerebral ischemia.Methods：Summary the significance and the application characteristic of activating blood and removing stasis,clearing heat and detoxicating method for prevention and treatment of cerebral ischemia in traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine.,analyzed its application value,put forward the new perspectives promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and heat-clearing and detoxicating on cerebral ischemia.Results：Activating blood and removing stasis,clearing heat and detoxicating method for preventing and treating cerebral ischemia with the etiology and pathogenesis of TCM and modern medicine pharmacological research,in the clinical application of exact curative effect,has the important value.Conclusion：The method of activating blood to remove stasis,clearing heat and detoxicating on cerebral ischemia has great value.
