摘　　要：目的:探讨便于临床使用的简便的子午流注推算方法。方法:吸收以往子午流注推算方法的优点和长处,建立一种新的子午流注推算方法。结果:总结出一种简便的分三个步骤的推算方法。结论:总结出一种简便的推算方法,易学、易懂,便于掌握,临床反映良好。Objective：To investigate the easy midnight-noon tidal flow methodology for clinical use.Methods：To establish a new midnight-noon tidal flow methodology through the absorption of the advantages and strengths of past method.Results：Put forward a simple three-step projection method.Conclusion：The new projection method is easy to learn,easy to master and good clinical response.
