针灸配合中药擦剂治疗骨质增生症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸配合中药擦剂治疗骨质增生症的临床效果。方法:将161例骨质增生症患者随机分为针灸组(对照组)和针灸配合中药擦剂组(治疗组)。对照组采取常规针灸和推拿手法治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上配合中药擦剂治疗,两组分别治疗10 d(1疗程),3个疗程后对比疗效。结果:对照组有效率61.25%,治疗组有效率93.83%,明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸疏经活络、通痹止痛,中药外擦祛风散寒、除湿止痛,两种方法配合治疗骨质增生症具有作用直接、疗效确切、不良反应少等特点。Objective：To discuss the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion with traditional Chinese medicine liniment for treating hyperosteogeny.Methods：：161 cases bone hyperplasia patients were randomly divided into acupuncture group（control group） and acupuncture and moxibustion with traditional Chinese medicine liniment group（treatment group）,while the control group adopted conventional acupuncture and massage therapy,the treatment group in the control group with Chinese medicine on the basis of liniment treatment,two groups were treated with 10d for a course of treatment,three comparison of curative effect after treatment.Results：The effective rate of the control is 61.25% the total effective rate in the treatment group 93.83%,＊ P0.05,significantly better than the control group,there was a significant difference.Conclusion：Acupuncture dredging meridians,clear the meridians and stop the pain,traditional Chinese medicine external rubbing dispel cold-wind,dehumidifier analgesic,two kinds of methods with the treatment of hyperosteogeny has direct action,definite curative effect,security features such as small toxic side effect,is worth the clinical research and promotion.
