摘  要:在对目标进行红外跟踪测量时,为了得到目标空间位置的同时,获得其红外辐射特性数据,设计了一套红外焦平面阵列探测器的实验室辐射定标系统。以高精度的面源黑体为标准辐射源,对成像范围为3~5μm的中波红外探测器进行了响应度的标定。首先建立定标数学模型,确定定标流程;然后使用线性回归统计模型对响应度曲线进行拟合并评估,针对一般线性最小二乘法对局外点(outlier)敏感的缺点,提出Robust优化算法;最后,在外场对温度和特性已知的目标进行测量,通过实验室得到的响应度曲线和大气透过率参数进行红外辐射特性数据的反演,得到实际测量值与理论值的相对误差小于2%。结果表明,Robust优化算法能有效改善红外焦平面阵列响应度非线性引起的反演不确定度。In order to get spatial location as well as infrared radiance characterization of target while tracing it,a radiance calibration system for infrared focal plane array(IFPA) was designed.On the basis of high-accuracy plane blackbody,the response of mid-wave camera whose spectral response range is 3 μm to 5 μm was calibared.Firstly,calibration methodology and procedures were established.Then,linear regress was used to fit and evaluate goodness of the response.Aiming at the disadvantage of least-squares fitting of its sensitivity to outliers,a method of Robust least-squares regression was propsed.At last,by observing the target of known temperature and characteristic on the spot,the fitting response curve and atmosphere transmittance was used to calculate the actual observed value of infrared radiance characterization.Relative errors of the actual observed value to the theoretical value were less than 2%.The result confirms that proposed method can improve uncertainty caused by nonlinear of IFPA response.
