摘　　要：近年来，我国玩具安全性能因达不到出口贸易国／区制定的技术法规和标准要求，导致产品频发召回事件，遭遇技术壁垒。故本文以我国玩具的各主要出口贸易国／区的标准为研究对象，揭示召回事件的因素，分析和比较主要出口贸易国／区的标准的安全指标，探讨消除技术壁垒方法以提升产业结构、提高产品质量、拓展出口市场，促进玩具出口贸易的发展。In recent years, there are frequency products recall events in China, because the security level is not up to the technical regulations and standards formulated of the export trade of national. And in this paper, we choose the standards formulated of some countries which are the major export trading nations of China as the research object. to reveal the factors of the recall, analyze and compare the standards security index of the main export trading country, to explore how to eliminate the technical barriers, and upgrade the industrial structure, inprove product quality, expand the export market and promote the developement of export trade.
