摘  要:为了解决麻花钻的参数化设计问题,根据麻花钻钻刃的数学模型,利用UG软件建立麻花钻的三维实体模型,再利用UG的二次开发功能开发出直柄标准麻花钻和锥柄标准麻花钻的三维实体参数化自动生成系统.将麻花钻三维实体建模过程和二次开发的程序导入UG软件运行,可简便地生成不同参数下的各种标准麻花钻三维实体模型.系统运行简单可靠,可为麻花钻设计、加工提供依据.In order to solve the problem of parametric design of twist drill a three-dimensional substantial model of twist drill was established according to the mathematical model of drilledge with software UG.And an auto-generation system of three-dimensional substantial parameterization of standard straight-shank twist drill and standard taper drill was developed by using secondary development function in UG.By means of introducing the three-dimensional substantial modeling process and secondary development program of twist drill into UG and then running it,the three-dimensional substantial model could be simply generated for various standard twist drills with different parameters.The system operation was simple and reliable,so that this system could provide a basis for the design and manufacture of twist drills.
