摘　　要：分析水钢3号铸机结晶器在投产中所出现的问题及其改进后的良好效果,结合国内外方坯结晶器在这方面所取得的经验和教训,提出优化国内小方坯连铸结晶器工艺参数及其结构设计的建议。In this paper, the problems occurred during commission and the improved effects are reviensed. Then the suggestions on optimizations of the parameters and the structural design of mould for our continuous billets casting are raised based on the relative experiences at home and abroad.
