摘  要:研究了SiCp/Al系复合材料经不同热处理后在温度反复变化时的尺寸稳定性。结果表明,在温度反复循环后会产生累积残余应变εcr,随循环次数的增多,εcr减小,尺寸趋于稳定。预处理对热循环累积残余应变有影响,退火态εcr最大,时效态次之,而预循环态最小。复合材料中颗粒尺寸越大、颗粒体积分数越高以及基体越硬均对抵抗环境温度变化尺寸稳定性有利。与均质的纯铝相比较,复合材料的热循环累积残余应变较大,抵抗温度反复变化尺寸稳定性较低。Dimensional stability of silicon carbide particulate reinforced aluminum composites (SiC P/Al) during thermal cycling between 25℃ and 150℃,which was used to simulating temperature fluctuation at ambient atmosphere condition,has been studied .The results showed that the composites presented positive cumulative residual strains( ε cr ) in length direction of the specimens during thermal cycling,i.e.existed non reversible dimensional changes.With increase in cyclic number the ε cr decreased.Preheat treatment could influence the ε cr value.The ε cr of annealed specimens was largest,subsequent was the as aged,pre thermal cycled specimens exhibited the least ε cr ,suggesting that the pre thermal cycled composites had the best anti temperature fluctuation dimensional stability(ATFDS).For SiC P/Al system,larger particle size,less particle volume fraction or harder matrix would be beneficial to ATFDS.It was also found that the composites were of lower ATFDS compared to the pure aluminum.
